YOGA NIDRA - GUIDED MEDITATION FOR SLEEP

Yoga Nidra, also known as the Yoga of sleep, is a practice that involves a slow and methodical body scan. Yoga Nidra helps to settle our bodies, helping to release muscle tension and feelings of unease helping one get to sleep. 

This meditation is practiced lying down and can also be practiced in bed as a sleep aid and can be used as part of your daily sleep routine.

Lisa has over 750 hours of Yoga Teacher Training education and has studied in Canada, the US, Australia, Bali, and India. She's also a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Lisa has been teaching group fitness and Yoga since 2001.
