GUIDED MEDITATION FOR GROUNDING

11 minutes

This meditation is to help bring us out of our heads and back into our bodies in an effort to reduce feelings of anxiety. Through this practice, we develop more mental clarity by settling down the chatter of our thoughts and refocusing our attention. This meditation guides you to connect to the present moment. We can practice this meditation whenever we desire some quiet time for our mind, or whenever we want to simply take a break from our day. We can also use it to help with sleep.

Feel free to practice this meditation lying down or sitting up, depending on the time of day and how you're feeling.
